Order & Payment Terms

25% advance payment is required to confirm all orders.
If the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, a replacement will be provided.
If the order is cancelled due to change of mind, refusal of delivery, personal preference, or similar customer-related reasons, the 25% advance payment will not be refunded.
Delivery timelines are estimates and delays caused by logistics or circumstances beyond our control do not qualify for a refund of the advance payment.
